“The Porto Cervo Maxi World Championship is clearly the main goal of the season for SuperNikka, but we could not start at the 151 Cetilar Miles Trophy, which is has become one of the most important Mediterranean regatta, ” says Roberto Lacorte, who in addition to yacht racing also has a passion for motorsport which will see him racing at this years Le Mans 24hr race at the wheel of Cetilar Villorva Corse LMP2 Dallara. The 151 Miles will be an important first test for the revised SuperNikka although the objective is very much to win. During their 2015 outing, they took line honours. For the 2017 race, there are several larger yachts entered, so pressure is firmly on.
