Launched in spring 1996, the Baltic 67 was way ahead of her time.
The original philosophy for this project was to produce a very comfortable and high quality cruising yacht that would be lighter and faster than any other «full interior» yacht of the same size. The concept was a collaboration between the owner, R&J Design and Baltic Yachts, with Bruce Farr responsible for the naval architecture. The hull was constructed of pre-preg carbon, and the rudder, mast and boom were also carbon. We had high hopes for this hi-tech project, and we were delighted to find that the finished boat met all our expectations and exceeded many of them.
