V 80 XR8

The Vismara shipyard is pleased to present the new V80 XR8 project, developed on the platform of the new MOMI80 and VM80 02.
With this model a new world opens up; a sail with spaces and brightness similar to those of a motorboat, and above all liveable in all seasons thanks to the immense covered lounge with 360 degree visibility and an internal wheelhouse position.
The hull, appendages, structures, retractable keel, rudder and sail plan are those already well tested by two already built V80s, so as to guarantee maximum reliability and performance as well as a division of costs and production times.
The hull of the boat is built entirely of carbon sandwich; the deck is covered in teak.
Under the hull there is a retractable keel with a maximum draft of 4 meters for offshore navigation, and a reduced one of 2.50 meters for navigation in shallow seas and entry into the port by motor.
The mast and furling boom are also made of carbon.
The maneuvers are all reported aft on the four electric whinches positioned in front of the double wheelhouse to which two comfortable sundeck chairs have been added, designed for long voyages.
On deck we find a large cockpit consisting of two large sofas around a large dining table for dining outside.
The interior and exterior space are on the same level, with no stairs to go down, and divided only by sliding glass doors.
Inside you find yourself in front of a large dinette with an L-shaped sofa and a second dining table with a wine cellar on the left; while, another sofa and chart table on the right.
Going towards the stern you go down two stairs, at the bottom of the one on the left we have the kitchen: composed of electric fires, and all possible appliances; to follow the crew area: two beds with private bathroom.
In the one on the right, the service bathroom with shower and a guest cabin with two beds.
At the bow, along the two sides, there are two guest cabins: on the right double bed, large wardrobe and private bathroom; on the left double bed, large wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
Finally, in the far bow we find the large master cabin with a double bed in the center, two wardrobes and a large private bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower.
The engine room, with two 140 hp sail drive engines installed, is located under the dinette floor.
On the transom of the boat there is a large hydraulically opening hatch which inside can accommodate a 3.4 meter long tender and also has the function of a bathing platform for when you are at anchor.
The interiors are spacious and very bright thanks to the large hull windows and the sliding opening windows on the deckhouse and on the roof, allowing you to look out while comfortably seated on the sofa.
All the rooms are ventilated from the outside thanks to the numerous hatches positioned on the deck.
Two air conditioning and heating systems are also installed to be able to experience the boat both in summer and in winter in maximum comfort…. Which can work “in silence” via the batteries for 8 -10 hours.
The V 80 XR8 completes the range of roof boats designed by Vismara starting from the V 50 Dragon, V 52 XR5,
V 63… and now the V 80 XR8.
