High performance water lines but soft enough for better cruising, carbon composite construction, a large beautiful teak deck and very comfortable interiors, all custom made. Those are advanced technologies for the fast cruising market. Today we transfer to our new yachts technologies developed over more than 30 years of dedicated research. From regatta racing to fast cruising our research is aimed to give our sailors the ability to cruise as fast as a racer during competition. The new Vismara V62_03 shares fundamentally the same design of her sister and of the Vismara V62_03 in respect of bow and stern sections. Her 223 sqm sail plan is designed to ensure great performances in all weathers, and her hull and rig are built for comfortable sailing in all sea conditions.
The hull is built using a female mould. The Vismara lightness philosophy is the core of this 62ft cruiser racer. Carbon fibre sandwich construction vacuumed with epoxy resin, creates an extremely strong and secure structure. Her hull, deck and bulkheads undergo a post-curation process at a controlled temperature according to supplier's technical sheets at no more than 60°c. Structural reinforcements are realised using unidirectional carbon fibres.
The interior layout is aimed to ensure a made to measure yacht for an experienced owner. Her design and solutions are defined in close cooperation with her owner and with Architetto Monica Leone, and represent a great example of the Vismara theory of developing all the custom projects side by side with the final user to achieve a result that is a true expression of her owner. The finest quality in components and details selected with attention by the owner give great glamour and style to this carbon fibre fast cruiser yacht. Forward of the luxurious owners cabin, with king size bed on the portside, large ensuite wc and wide shower is a bow service cabin for crew complete with its own independent wc.
